Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the website of ABIZ Global Services or purchasing our products (including the ABIZ All In One Marketing Tool), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or software.

2. Intellectual Property & License

A. For Software Customers:
When you purchase a license for ABIZ All In One Marketing Tool, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a specific number of devices as per your plan (Standard: 1 PC, Agency: As per agreement).

  • Restrictions: You may not crack, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute our license keys or the binary files (.exe) to others.

  • Ownership: The code and intellectual property remain with ABIZ Global Services. You are buying the right to use it, not the ownership of the code itself.

B. For Agency Clients:
For custom web development and design projects, the Intellectual Property (IP) rights of the final deliverable are transferred to the Client only after full payment has been received. ABIZ Global Services retains the right to use the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (Important)

A. Software Usage:
Our software automates public data extraction and outreach. By using it, you agree that:

  1. Anti-Spam: You will comply with local anti-spam laws (like CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR) when sending emails or messages.

  2. No Abuse: You will not use the WhatsApp Saver/Sender module to spam, harass, or solicit illegal content.

  3. Risk: You understand that automated scraping and messaging carries a risk. ABIZ Global Services is not responsible for any account bans (Gmail/WhatsApp/LinkedIn) resulting from aggressive usage.

B. Agency Conduct:
We reserve the right to terminate any freelance project if the client engages in abusive behavior, demands services outside the scope, or requests illegal activities.

4. Disclaimer of Third-Party Platforms

The ABIZ All In One Marketing Tool is an independent automation software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, WhatsApp Inc. (Meta), or LinkedIn.

  • If these third-party platforms update their code/algorithms which causes our tool to stop working temporarily, we will strive to release an update. However, this is considered an external factor and not a product defect.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Software: Payments are one-time or subscription-based as advertised. Prices are subject to change for new users but will remain fixed for existing license holders during their term.

  • Agency Projects: A deposit (usually 50%) is required upfront to start work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final file delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABIZ Global Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our software.

  • Loss of business data, profit, or contacts.

  • Security breaches caused by user negligence.

7. Privacy Policy
