Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to ABIZ Global Services. This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered on our website, including our freelance digital services (Web Development, SEO, Marketing) and our downloadable software products (such as ABIZ All In One Marketing Tool).

By purchasing a service or software license from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


SECTION A: Digital Products & Software Tools

(This section applies to “ABIZ All In One Marketing Tool” and any future downloadable software).

1. No-Refund Policy on License Keys
Due to the digital nature of our products, our software functions via a License Key activation system. Once a key is sent to you, it is considered “consumed” and cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incompatibility with your operating system (System Requirements are clearly listed on the product page).

  • Failure to use the software due to user negligence.

2. The “Try Before You Buy” Protection
We provide a Free Trial / Demo Version for all our tools. We strongly encourage you to test the trial version to ensure the features meet your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.

3. Money-Back Guarantee (Technical Failure)
We offer a full refund within 7 Days of purchase ONLY if:

  • The software fails to run or crashes persistently on a supported device.

  • AND you have contacted our Support Team, allowing us 48 hours to troubleshoot.

  • If we cannot resolve the technical issue, a 100% Refund will be issued immediately.


SECTION B: Agency & Freelancing Services

(This section applies to Web Development, Graphic Design, SEO, and Custom Projects).

1. Cancellation by Client

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel a service within 24 hours of booking and before the project has officially started, you are eligible for a Full Refund.

  • During the Project: If you choose to cancel after work has commenced, a refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed. (e.g., if 50% of the milestone is done, only 50% of the deposit is refundable).

  • Completed Work: Once a project is delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be granted.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., Hosting fees, Domain purchase, Ad Spend budgets).

  • Consultation fees or hourly-billed consultation calls.

3. Revisions
We are committed to satisfaction. Instead of immediate refunds, we offer a set number of revisions (as per your service contract) to correct any issues with the delivered work.


SECTION C: General Terms

1. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We treat chargebacks seriously. If you open a dispute with your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, Bank) without contacting us first, your account and all associated software licenses/services will be permanently suspended immediately. We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to global industry blacklists.

2. Future Updates
For software products, we guarantee updates if third-party platforms (like Google Maps or WhatsApp Web) change their algorithms. However, a temporary disruption due to these 3rd party changes does not qualify for an immediate refund, provided a fix is released within 14 days.
