The Challenge: During the peak of digital demand, a healthcare clinic needed a way for patients to book appointments online and consult with doctors via video calls. Manual booking via phone was overwhelming their reception staff.

Our Solution: We created a streamlined Telehealth portal. Patients can now view doctor availability, book slots, and pay online securely. We also integrated a secure video conferencing tool (Zoom API) directly into the web app, making remote consultations seamless.
