The Challenge: A real estate investment firm needed to find "Off-Market Properties" in specific zip codes. Manually searching Zillow and Craigslist took hours and resulted in outdated data. They needed a faster way to find motivated sellers.

Our Solution: We wrote a custom Python script using Selenium and BeautifulSoup. The bot scans listing sites every morning, filters properties based on "Price Drops" and "Keywords," and saves the clean data directly into a Google Sheet. Result: The team now gets a fresh list of 50+ potential deals daily on autopilot.
